Please Note: This policy applies only to physical products. Digital products (movie downloads, music files, e-books) are delivered instantly via email and do not require shipping.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look for packages in secure locations (porches, mailbox areas)
- Wait 24 hours as tracking may update before actual delivery
- Contact us if package remains missing after 24 hours
8. Shipping Addresses

- Include apartment/unit numbers when applicable
- Ensure someone is available to receive packages
